2. Products & Services

  • Product details (stock, pricing, images) may change without notice.

  • Colors may vary due to monitor differences.

  • Most items are final sale once shipped.

 

3. Orders & Payments

  • Placing an order confirms that all information provided is accurate.

  • We may cancel orders for reasons including payment issues, stock errors, or security concerns.

  • All prices are listed in CAD.

 

4. Shipping & Risk

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

  • GuuuJI is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during shipping, but we will assist by providing supporting documents for carrier claims.

  • Risk transfers to the carrier once an order is shipped.

 

5. Return & Exchange Policy

    Please refer to the Return Policy.

    Blind boxes, random draw items, Ichiban Kuji, discounted items, and most collectibles are final sale.

6. Pre-order Policy

  • Pre-order dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Customer-initiated cancellations are non-refundable.

  • If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, we will proactively contact the customer and offer a solution (refund / replacement / revised timeline).

 

7. User Accounts

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

  • GuuuJI is not liable for losses caused by compromised accounts.

 

8. Privacy Policy
